In «Names and content» (q51): TILZA’s system includes open-source software, each under its own licence, listed with its authors’ rights on the page «Open-source software», and nothing in these terms limits a right one of those licences gives you.

A new section, «Search and the order of salons» (q47): who shows in search, how «Best match», «Nearest» and «Cheapest» order salons, that these rules are the same for every salon, that no salon pays for its place and what a salon pays TILZA changes neither its place nor its reviews, and that any paid placement would be marked «Ad». In «Prices and payment»: the salon alone sets its prices, which may differ from its prices or offers outside TILZA.

In «Complaints»: complaints and suggestions now have their place, «Complaint or suggestion» at the foot of the pages and on your booking’s link, where you write what happened and what you want. A complaint about a salon goes to it first, to answer within 3 days, or to TILZA’s team only if you choose; on its link you say it was solved or ask TILZA’s team to look at it; it goes to the team by itself if the salon is late, and closes with the salon’s answer if you say nothing within 14 days. TILZA’s team answers in Arabic, the salon deletes no complaint, nor a review because of one, and you can always complain to consumer protection.

In «Changes to these terms»: each new version now comes with «What changed in this version», with links to the sections that changed, words added marked and words removed struck through, and earlier versions stay, with their dates, in «Earlier versions». The same goes for the booking and cancellation policy and the reviews policy.
