«Bring a friend» (mb19): in «What is kept about you», your own link if you ask for it and the day of the wording you agreed to, who booked by your link, that you came by someone’s link if you booked by it for the first time for yourself and ticked that you agree, and each one’s reward with the bill it was used on, without whoever shared a link seeing the name of who booked by it. In «Why it is kept», so the salon gives you the reward it promised. In «If you are under 18», that it is for people 18 or over only. In «Your rights», your link is deleted with your data.

Your complaint or suggestion from «Complaint or suggestion» (q24): in «What TILZA keeps itself», what you wrote, what it is about, what you want, the salon, your booking if you sent it from its link, your name and number or email if you wrote them, and each step in it, without your device’s internet address. In «Why it is kept», because the law on trading by modern technological means asks for a place for complaints that can be followed. In «Who sees it», the salon’s owner and managers read it unless you chose TILZA’s team only, and they don’t see TILZA’s team’s notes or answer to you. In «How long it is kept», what was written in it is cleared two years after it closes.

In «How long it is kept»: if the salon leaves TILZA, it is paused there 11 days after its last day, instead of its account closing after 31, and that day your data there is deleted, and your allergies and health whatever happens. Unless it chose to keep its clients to come back with them: then your data stays paused, with nothing booked with it and nothing sent to you from it but what concerns your requests about your data, you ask the salon for a copy of it or for it to be deleted as usual, it is deleted when the salon erases it, when the keeping time it chose passes or when its account closes, a year after the pause at most, and it comes back with the salon as it was if the salon comes back. Your review of it stays, isn’t shown while it is paused, and is deleted when its account closes. Sharing your «Beauty card» with it ends the day it is paused.

Only its invoices and their records stay, without your name or number, until the end of the eighth year after the year its account closed, two more years while the salon waits for the Federal Tax Authority’s answer to a refund claim; then they are deleted.

In «What TILZA keeps itself»: if you open the booking page of a salon that uses «Booking step counts», the steps you reach are counted as numbers only, with no name, number, internet address or device number; nothing is kept in your browser for them, and they aren’t counted if your browser asks not to be tracked. The salon sees its own page’s numbers, TILZA’s team their total, and they are deleted after 13 months.

In «What TILZA keeps itself»: if you look for a time at a salon that uses «This week’s opportunities» and find no free time, it is counted as a number only, with no name, number, internet address or anything else that identifies you. And for each salon you choose the only parts it sees: allergies and your last patch test, colour formulas, sizes, products, or the looks. What you chose is kept with each share, and you change what each salon sees whenever you like.

Upcoming appointments the salon moves from the program it used before, in «What is kept about you»: if the salon moves your upcoming appointments from its old program, TILZA keeps their day, time, services, who will serve you, price and booking number there; you get the usual reminder before them if the salon chooses, and no message about the move. And your name and number on your device, in «What TILZA keeps itself»: if you choose «Keep my name and number on this device for my next booking», only your browser keeps them, ready for your next booking; they go out only with a booking you make, and you can forget them any time.

The hair photo before a visit, in «What is kept about you», «Why it is kept», «Who sees it», «How long it is kept», «Keeping your data safe», «If you are under 18» and «Your rights»: if you send a photo of your hair on your booking link before your appointment, it is kept encrypted with its time and the words you agreed to, only for the salon to check the service’s option. Only the owner, the managers and whoever serves you on the day open it, each opening recorded, and TILZA’s team never sees it. It is deleted after your visit or if the booking is cancelled, you delete it whenever you like, and it is never asked of anyone under 18.
